Bangkok Airways offers iPad minis as in-flight entertainment
Bangkok Airways will be offering iPad minis as in-flight entertainment for its Blue Ribbon Class passengers. Starting from March 3rd, business travelers flying Bangkok Airways can enjoy some rest and relaxation time with an iPad mini thousands of feet in the air.
The iPad minis, supplied by Bluebox Avionics, will come equipped with a wide range of movie content including the latest Hollywood released movies, TV shows and music along with various interactive games.
Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth, Bangkok Airways’ President said, “Delivering an outstanding passenger experience is at the heart of our ethos at Bangkok Airways. We are already famous for our on-board boutique service, but we wanted to go an extra mile to ensure that our business class travelers’ flying experience is more pleasurable and enjoyable.”
The iPad minis will be offered to all business class travelers at no cost. During the trial-run periods, this service will be available on flights between Bangkok (Suvarnbhumi)-Maldives, Samui-Hong Kong and Samui-Singapore.
