Czech Airlines Again Named Best Airline in TTG Travel Awards
Czech Airlines has once again been honoured as the Best Airline in the TTG Travel Awards competition. The airline has won this award eleven times in the fourteen-year history of the competition. The title is awarded annually on the basis of a survey of tourism experts and the general public.
In the Best Airline category, the quality of the services and offer of airlines operating on the Czech market was rated by nearly one thousand industry professionals. The general public also participated in the selection of the winners through an internet survey, with more than 30,000 unique visitors completing the evaluation forms on the Sdovolena.cz web portal. The awards were presented at a ceremony held on Friday, 9 November 2012.
TTG is an international magazine and one of the most important titles for tourism professionals, which has featured information about the latest industry trends and events in dozens of countries for more than 50 years. In the Czech Republic, the magazine has been published for 21 years. The first TTG Travel Awards were presented in 1999, and Czech Airlines has won the Best Airline category a total of eleven times, for the years 2001 through 2010, and again this year for 2012.
