TAL Aviation Holds Sales Training 2016 in Belgrade
“The people of TAL Aviation are our most valuable asset…” says Gideon Thaler, President and CEO of the TAL Aviation Group. And so, more than 20 sales managers and executives were invited to attend TAL’s sales training, which was held this year in Belgrade in March 2016.
Training over 3 days with a professional trainer and with a curriculum that has been especially build to suite the requirements of TAL Aviation and its’ customers. Our staff was encouraged to learn techniques and new skills to think OUTSIDE the BOX.
To be always up to date: TAL Aviation conducts several annual sales trainings for its staff including management, reservations and sales, using experienced trainers to familiarize our staff with a variety of airlines, sales and travel industry related topics.
Belgrade was chosen as the venue for this year’s sales training in light of TAL Aviation’s growing presence in this market. TAL Aviation Balkans has its’ main office base in Belgrade with additional sales executives in the territories of: Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Macedonia. The Balkan countries represent one of the emerging markets for TAL Aviation.
