TAL Aviation Initiates Sales Training for Supervisors & Sales Representatives
TAL Aviation Group created a specially designed sales training for 24 members of its sales teams. Participants flew into Athens, Greece from all over Europe at the end of November to attend the training held over a three day period. The training course was designed to provide Sales Representatives, Ticketing & Reservation Supervisors the necessary tools for selling in their markets with an emphasis on teaching skills that boost sales and profitability for the clients TAL Aviation represents.
The training was adapted and presented by Richard Coles of Coles International Training & Corporate Consulting. Among other sales techniques, the participants learned/refreshed on effective communication skills, learned how to match solutions to needs and deal effectively with the client or order to promote on-going company/customer relationships. Richard Coles enjoys 35 years of international experience working with leading companies in over 50 countries, and has a practical understanding of the key winning characteristics of effective leaders and their teams. It was heartening to hear from Richard what a smart, professional and attentive group of people were attending this course!
The training was fully interactive and participants reached down deep for creative solutions that can be used in daily work life. TAL Aviation understands the importance of providing its sales teams frequent sales courses. Earlier this year two Presentation Skills trainings were held in Prague, Czech Republic for TAL Aviation's Country Managers and Sales Representatives and further to valuable input, TAL Aviation arranged this exercise driven TEAMS – (Together Everyone Achieves More Sales) training course in Greece.
