In the spirit of this holiday season, and on behalf of the global Tal Aviation team, allow me to wish you and your loved ones a very healthy, happy, prosperous and peaceful New Year! In 2010, we have expanded the Tal Aviation network to create a young and dynamic group of innovative professionals, ready to face all challenges ahead. We are proud of our people, and will continue to build strong individuals who are motivated and enthusiastic about our mission.

| Malev appointes TAL as GSA |

|
Malev Hungarian Airlines has appointed Tal Aviation as their GSA for Israel, effective April 2010. Malev has daily flights from Tel Aviv to Budapest, and will go to twice daily for the summer season. Travel from Israel to Hungary is on an upwards spiral, and Tal Aviation has secured agreements with most tour operators.

| TAL opens Germany office |

Tal Aviation has opened offices in Germany jointly
with BZ.COMM who will be handling the PR and
Advertising. The Sales Manager for Germany is
Mr.Tom Meltzer, well known in the travel industry,and ex Cathay Pacific Germany.
Gideon Thaler and Beate Zimmermann expressed their confidence in establishing a new GSA in the German marketplace that can handle airlines, DMC, and tourism products with the ease and
professionalism that BZ.COMM is known for.

| TAL India launch Alamo |

Tal Aviation India has successfully launched Alamo/Enterprise Rent A Car, the largest American car rental chain consisting of Alamo/Enterprise/ National. During the first stage, car rental in USA/CANADA/UK will be promoted throughout India, and in 2011 will also include car rentals in Europe, Australia & New Zealand. This project is managed by Mr. Raashid Alavi.

| TAL joins IBCS |
Tal Aviation as been approved and
appointed to become an IATA IBCS
distributor. Several airlines have
already expressed their interest in
joining IBCS through the services
of Tal Aviation. |
| TAL Greece welcomes Air Baltic |
Air Baltic has appointed Tal
Aviation as their GSA for Greece,
with online seasonal online
service between Athens and Riga
commencing in Spring 2011.
