Adria Airways resumes flights between Ljubljana and Manchester
The northern English city is a contemporary metropolis with modern landmark buildings, a brilliant art and culture scene, countless bars and friendly people, Manchester is just waiting to be explored. Contrary to this lively English city, in Ljubljana the old intertwines with the new and Slovenia's metropolis charms visitors with the architecture of its historic centre, its medieval castle, its market, its cafés and the many bridges over the river Ljubljanica that give the city its remarkably picturesque appearance. If you prefer nature, the countryside is always close at hand. Forests, mountains, rivers, lakes and sea offer challenges for sports enthusiasts and quieter pleasures for nature lovers. Relax in thermal waters of one of the country's many spas or enjoy the culinary delights of Slovenian food with its unique fusion of flavours where the Alps, the Mediterranean and the Pannonian Plain meet. Slovenia is beautiful – come and see for yourself and visit it with Adria Airways before everyone else discovers it.
Starting summer timetable, effective 26 March, passengers can fly to Manchester or Ljubljana with Adria Airways, serving each city with two weekly connections on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Flight tickets are already available for purchase.
