Air Europa grows in Rome with a third daily frequency
Air Europa adds a third daily frequency to Rome as of this month and offers 113,400 seats more than last year, making it over 400,000 seats to the Italian capital with the clear goal of including this destination in its European network.
The air division of the Globalia tourism group has been operating this new daily frequency to Rome since the 12th of this month, departing from Madrid at 13:25 and arriving at the Fiumicino International Airport at 15:55. The return flight takes off at 16:55 and lands at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport at 19:35. This is just another example of Air Europa guaranteeing every passenger a perfect connection with the rest of the airline's domestic and transoceanic flights via its Madrid-Barajas hub.
With the flights programmed for this year to the eternal city using its Boeing 737 fleet, Air Europa will complete over 670 flights more than in 2017 and fulfil the current demand.
The airline's commitment towards Rome is supported by the positive performance of this route, which was covered by 255,000 Air Europa passengers last year. This figure represents a rising trend of five percentage points with respect to 2016.
