Air Europa keeps improving its operations and stands for the most punctual airline in Europe
Air Europa, strong committed to continuous improvement, ended last May as the most punctual airline in Europe, according to data from The Monthly On-Time Performance report by Cirium, the global aviation analytics company. This way, Air Europa shows its commitment to offering its passengers the highest quality of service.
The punctuality rate (OTA, On-time Arrival) was 87.67%, improving the figures recorded in the previous months, in which Air Europa had already ranked among the leading companies of the continent. The airline has been able to maintain its quality standards even in a scenario of increasing number of flights. These results are possible thanks to the important effort made by the entire workforce and the direct and total coordination between the airline’s departments with the aim of providing the best customer service. All this confirms the operational excellence of the processes carried out. It is worth mentioning that the airline ranked also in second place for network operations with a 90.17% rate.
Air Europa keeps compliance with schedules on all flights among its priorities. In fact, it has a “punctuality area”, from where it cooperates coordinated with the rest of the departments to streamline procedures and guarantee the highest quality ratios.
Customers recognize punctuality as one of the main reasons why they choose to fly with Air Europa. In fact, last February, Cirium data already showed that the airline had placed second in Europe in terms of punctuality.
