Montenegro Airlines to Fly Twice Weekly Zurich-Tivat
Montengro Airlines has announced its plans to add a route to its Swiss service as part of its summer flight schedule for 2021.
The airline will operate a non-stop twice weekly service between Zurich, Switzerland's largest airport, and Tivat, the Montenegrin coastal city. This move is to meet the Swiss leisure market's increasing demand in beach holidays on the Montenegrin shores.
Montengro Airlines has been operating a service between Zurich and Rodgorica, primarily for its Montenegrin customers living in Switzerland, plus the business sector, since its inauguration 25 years ago.
In recent years, the number of travellers from Switzerland has risen steadily following the emergence of luxury hotels and resorts along the Adriatic coast.
The new route will be operated by its Embraer 195, with a configuration of 116 seats, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Passengers will be able to enjoy a full service in Business and Economy.
