Philippine Airlines took delivery of the first of a new variant of the Airbus A321neo to be utilized on regional routes. The 195-seater, bi-class A321neo cabin flex arrived July 6 direct from Airbus manufacturing plant in Finkenwerder, Germany.
Three sets of pilots completed the 20-hour delivery flight – Captains Antonio C. Salgado, Jr., Raul V. Macaraeg, Jose Dorindel C. Antonio and First Officers Alex Francis G. del Rosario, Rolando A. Lim, Jr. and Jose C. Aherrera, Jr.
