TAL Aviation & Adria Airways Join Forces
From the end of October 2017, passengers will be able to fly directly between Kiev and Ljubljana, Slovenia on three times weekly flights. The service will be operated by Adria's Bombardier CRJ-900 aircraft. Passengers will have the opportunity of connecting on to one of the airlines many destinations it services in Europe.
"This is great news for us and our market! All of us at TAL Aviation are very excited with working with our new partner. We are very happy that Adria has entrusted us as its representative. With the new service to begin soon, we will be able to provide our travel market with a broader spectrum of opportunities whether flying to visit the beauty of Slovenia or on to other attractive destinations such as on the Mediterranean" says Irina Slavitskaya, TAL Aviation Ukraine's Country Manager.
"We believe that with this new service not only do our passengers gain better connections to Kiev, but we will also be connecting Ukraine to other European destinations via Ljubljana," says Adria Airways Managing Director Arno Schuster.
The first Adria flight to Kiev departs on Sunday, 29 October 2017. Flights from Kiev to Ljubljana Airport will operate on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays, with return flights to the Ukrainian capital on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
"We believe that with the introduction of this new service, which will enable faster and easier travel between Ukraine and Slovenia, our two-way economic cooperation will grow even stronger. Ukraine, the largest country in Europe, is also considered one of Europe's richest and oldest cultures. Its major cities, headed by Kiev, are also becoming increasingly interesting to tourists, thanks to their rich architecture, music, and art." says Mr. Schuster.
